Ralf Müller-Terpitz holds a chair in public law at the University of Mannheim and is director of the Institute for Medical Law, Health Law, and Bioethics at the Universities of Heidelberg and Mannheim (IMGB). His research focuses on constitutional, media, and biomedical law.
