Stefan Pfister is a pediatric oncologist and molecular geneticist. As director of the Hopp Children’s Cancer Center Heidelberg (KiTZ) and head of the Department of Pediatric Neuro-Oncology at the DKFZ, he is committed to developing innovative diagnostic and therapeutic approaches for children with cancer—with the aim of significantly improving the chances of recovery for young patients.
