Eva Winkler is head of the Institute for Medical and Data Ethics and, as an oncologist, of the National Tumor Center on the Executive Board, both located at the Heidelberg Medical Faculty and the DKFZ. Her research focuses on issues of patient participation and the responsible use of new medical technologies in consultation with all stakeholders.
